2. What this service is
A personal, non-commercial archive of photographs of handwritten song lyrics, sheet music and related papers, indexed with optical character recognition so the collection can be searched by title. It is provided for reference only. Titles and transcriptions produced by OCR can be wrong.
3. Access
- Access requires signing in with a Google Account.
- Access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time, without notice.
- You are responsible for your own Google Account security, and must not share your session.
- Signing in records your account details and the images you open, as described in the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
While using the archive, you must not:
- bulk-download, scrape or crawl the collection or its search interfaces;
- republish, redistribute or sell the scanned material;
- attempt to bypass authentication or reach material you have not been given access to;
- probe, overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the scanned material belong to their respective owners and authors. This archive claims no copyright over it and grants no licence to reuse it. Individual scans may be downloaded for personal reference only, subject to the law that applies to you.
6. Availability and changes
The archive is offered as is, with no service level, availability or backup guarantee. Its contents, features and access rules may change, and the service may be discontinued, at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service and its OCR-derived metadata are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this archive.
9. Privacy
Sign-in data and access history are handled as described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the date above is revised whenever they are.
