FCCC Music Finder
(also called Title Atlas) is a personal, non-commercial archive published at https://rioges.xyz/titles. It lets people search and read photographs of a music collection.
Every page requires a Google Account sign-in.
2. What we collect
- Google account details — the Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile photo URL that Google returns when you sign in.
- Sign-in times — one timestamp for each successful sign-in.
- What you open — the path of every archive image you request and the time you requested it. Searches are not recorded.
Sign-in asks Google only for your basic profile and email address. We never receive your Google password, and no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data is requested.
3. Cookies
One cookie is set: a signed session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HTTP-only, is unreadable by page scripts, and disappears when you log out or when the session expires. There are no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.
4. Why we keep it
To decide who may read the collection, to know which scans were opened, and to diagnose failed sign-ins.
5. Where it is stored
In a single database file on the private server that hosts the archive, separate from the image catalogue itself and readable only by the operator.
6. Sharing
This information is not sold, rented or shared. The site uses no third-party analytics, advertising or data brokers. Google processes the sign-in itself under Google's privacy policy. Like most web servers, this one writes request logs containing IP addresses and browser user agents; those logs serve only security and troubleshooting and rotate automatically.
7. Retention and deletion
Records are kept while the archive operates. Email rio.g.gesulgon@gmail.com to have yours deleted: account details, sign-in history and image access history are then removed.
8. Your choices
You can log out at any time, and you can ask for a copy of what is stored about you or for its deletion.
9. Children
The archive is not directed at children under 13, and they should not sign in.
10. Changes
This policy may change; the date above is updated whenever it does.
